Job-search support, resume and interview help, and employer coordination to get you into a job that uses your existing skill set, without a long training program first.
Rapid Access is for veterans whose military experience already translates to a civilian job, so a long retraining program is not needed. Instead of school, VR&E puts its resources into the job hunt itself: translating your experience into a civilian resume, interview preparation, and connecting you with employers. If your MOS or rate maps cleanly onto a civilian role, this is often the right track.
Getting on it: You and your VRC agree the goal is achievable with your current skills, then build a job-search plan. The emphasis is on landing employment quickly rather than adding credentials first.
