Be accurate and complete— including your bad days, which veterans routinely leave out. Never overstate symptoms you don't have; knowingly false statements to the VA are a federal crime. The goal here is simply to make sure the examiner sees the full, true picture of how your condition actually affects you, on your worst days as well as your average ones.
