The formula is DFAS's: one drill (a Unit Training Assembly) pays 1/30 of your monthly active-duty basic pay. A standard drill weekend is 4 drills (two days, two UTAs each). Annual Training pays a full day of basic pay per day. 2026 basic pay (January 1, 2026, 3.8% raise) from the DFAS pay tables.
Basic pay only. This does not include drill BAH/BAS, or the housing and subsistence allowances you draw on Annual Training and other active-duty orders (those add up fast on AT). It also excludes bonuses and special/incentive pays. It's the drill-pay basic figure, not total compensation.
