Principal place of residence (dwelling + up to 1 acre); requires VA rating of 100% service-connected permanent & total disability (statute does not extend to TDIU/less-than-100% ratings); surviving spouse may continue and is portable. Va. Code 58.1-3219.5; Const. Art. X, Sec. 6-A.
