Primary residence; 100% permanent & total service-connected disability (or paraplegia/blindness/loss of limbs/former POW). No income limit for disabled veteran. TCA 67-5-704. (SB 1798 was reported to raise the cap toward $200,000; official CTAS/tn.gov guidance still states $175,000 as of 2026-07-23.)
