MA legal resident/domicile; amounts are credits off tax owed, not value exemptions. A 100% P&T (or unemployable/TDIU) vet gets $1,000 (Clause 22E); full exemption only for paraplegic/100% SC blind (22F) or combat surviving spouse (22D). 2024 HERO Act lets municipalities double amounts.
