Colorado offers a partial disabled-veteran property tax break, but not a full exemption at 100%.
Requires 100% permanent service-connected disability OR individual unemployability (TDIU). 50% of first $200,000 of actual value of primary residence is exempt (not full). Must own & occupy as primary residence since Jan 1; apply to Div. of Veterans Affairs by July 1; state reimburses county.
