We've been making the site easier to use
Someone couldn't figure out how to print their VA claim. We fixed it, and we're improving usability across the whole site.
Someone using the toolkit ran into a couple of walls: they had built their VA claim but couldn't figure out how to print it, and said other parts were harder to get around than they should be. We fixed those, and we're going through the rest of the site improving usability the same way. If anything ever trips you up, just reply to this email and tell us. A real person reads every one.
Tool spotlight: Print / Save your VA claim
Both the VA Claim Writer and the VA Claims Builder now have a Print / Save as PDF button right under your finished claim, so you can print a clean copy or save a PDF to bring to your VSO. If you built a claim before and couldn't get it out of the site, it is there now.
